Size? Both for you and for any replacement parts...
If you're going to buy a bike, I would say it's always worth getting the one you'll really like, otherwise it's likely to become a basement bike which you will pull out in 10 years and wonder why you never actually rode it much :)
At least, that has been my own personal experience.
Both of those look like they'd be too small for you. You need at least a 53cm / 21" frame, I think.
